The Challenge:Edwards Lifesciences was launching a new hemodynamic monitoring device positioned to cannibalism it’s existing product line.

The Solution: CPI performed a capital equipment sales strategy review. Compiled comprehensive company and competitive profile for first phase of three phase engagement. First phase included market research, interviews with regional managers, operations executives, and sales representatives (both internal and external). Delivered multiple strategic options to management based on both empirical and soft analysis of data gathered.

The Results: As a result of CPI’s efforts, Edwards Lifescience was able to double their stock price within 2 1/2 years from about 40 to over 80.
