The Challenge:Universal Care Inc. desired to launch an independent brand for its Medicare program, including special programs for individuals with both Medicare and Medi-Cal (Dual Special Needs Plan or D-SNP) and specialized Chronic Care programs.
The Solution:CPI developed a new digital strategy in conjunction with re-launch of Brand New Day HMO brand for chronic care management. Executed web property build-out against stringent CMS compliance requirements.
The Results:Brand New Day has experienced significant year-over-year membership growth as a result of CPI’s efforts, including 80% growth from 2014 to 2015.
